Q1: How many days you need to install the equipment?
It will take 1~3days for individual equipment and 5~15days for production line installation.
Q2: How many staff abroad you sent to install the equipment?
There are 18 engineers have passport and can get visa easily to come for installation.
Q3: You have sales target finished amount requirement to the distributor?
It is depend on the market and products.
Q4: Can I transfer the money to you then you pay to other supplier?
Yes, it is possible, we can help to source or just help to pay your supplier.
Q5: Can I delivery the goods from other supplier to your factory? Then load together?
Yes, it is ok, we will help to unload and load the goods.
Q6: When will you leave your factory and to have your spring festival holidays?
Normally the holiday will start 3~5days ahead and 5~7days after the holiday.
Q7: Can the equipment be installed under hot weather?
Yes, there is not any requirement for kitchen unit, but for forming or cooling unit, some of the machine need to be placed in a air conditioned room.
Q8: Can Your products be installed under the cold weather?
Yes, there is not any requirement for kitchen unit, but for forming or cooling unit, some of the machine need to be placed in a air conditioned room.
Q9: Do You have office in shanghai or guangzhou that i can visit?
Our factory is located in Shanghai, less than one hour by car from shanghai airport to our factory, you can come to visit our factory at anytime. We don’t have office in Guangzhou.
Q10: Can you send your staff to install the equipment for us?
Yes, we will provide this service.
Q11: Can I only buy some spare parts from you?
Yes, we can provide this service if you provide enough information, we can supply any spare parts.
Q12: Will you will attend the fair to show your products?
Yes, we are attending the canton fair, many food or phamarceutical machine or related exhibition all over the world.
Q13: Can you send your equipment to my warehouse in guangzhou?
Yes, we can send your equipment to anywhere as per your instruction.
Q14: How long it takes you to provide the designing options for us?
It is depend on the customization level, if standard one, we can send immeidatekly, otherwise 2~3days will be required.

All machines are designed and manufactured under the ISO9001 management and most of products are designed and manufactured according to EU CE, UL, CSA etc..standard.

We will pack the equipment by wrapping film, wooden case or Steel sheet etc which is seaworthy packing.

35mins by car from Hongqiao airport to factory and 50mins by car from Pudong air port to factory.

It will take about 2.5hours From Guangzhou to Shanghai airport and then 1hour to our factory.

Yes,we will provide at least 1 year free spare parts together with the machine.

Our advance machine are all made by SUS304 and SUS316, there is no rusty, reliable performance and strong base, at least 30 years with normal maintaince and if repair, can be much more longer life.
Q30: Do you have detailed and professional installation manual?
Yes, we have detailed installation manual and electrical diagram so customer can do the trouble shoot easily.
Q31: If OEM is acceptable?
Yes, we accept OEM.

For new customer we just charge freight, but for old customer, all free.

Q39: What service you can provide after the sales?
He after sales service includes the factory layout design, the technology transfer, local stuff training, installation and trial run of the production line. We will also provide the spare parts all the time.
Q40: Can we see the machine running when we visit your company?
We have show room in our factory and in our local customer's factory, we can show the machine running to our customer when they come to visit us.We also can make some small trial in our laboratory for special product development to match to different customer's demand.
