What is the chocolate making process?

Chocolate making refers to the process of making cocoa beans into popular dessert chocolates through a series of operations.

This room shows two ways Astorga makes chocolate. One way is to rely on human resources. The other is to rely on machines. The right side of the exhibition hall displays the machines used to make chocolate, as well as the machinery and administrative documents related to the manufacturing. The chocolate mold is displayed in the center of the room.




Chocolate making process:
1. Prepare and feed materials according to the formula;
2. Use a sugar pot to melt the sugar water;
3. Operate the Fengjiao machine and the rubber mixing machine to carry out the Fengjiao and rubber mixing;
4. Use a sugar cooker to control the temperature and boil sugar;
5. Operate the mixer to make bubbles, add auxiliary materials to make sugar dough, and cool;
6. Operate extrusion, rolling, rolling and forming equipment to shape the sugar blanks;
7. Operate mechanical or manual operations to sort, clean, roast, cool, crush, separate and coarsely grind cocoa beans;
8. Prepare chocolate mixed raw materials, operate the fine grinding cylinder, and grind the slurry;
9. Use a temperature adjusting cylinder to adjust the temperature and heat preservation of the slurry;
10. Pouring the slurry, operating the cooling equipment, hardening the chocolate, and demoulding;
11. Operate special equipment for coating and polishing of chocolate products;
12. Pick and pack the finished product.
