Open Type Cooking Kettles

The open type cooking kettles is used for dissolving the raw materials and mixing or cooking the syrup up to 150C max. The cooking temperature is set and automatic controlled.
A scrap stirrer is installed in the open type cooking kettles for mixing well and no sedimentation when cooking.
The open type cooking kettles materials of the cooker and the stirrer are made of stainless steel SUS304 or SUS316L.
The open type cooking kettles materials of the frame is made stainless steel also and can equipped with load cell for automatic feeding the raw materails.
Heating method can be steam heating, or induction cooking or electrical with thermal oil heating.
